7Account Closure & Suspension

Ku9comapk reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• KYC Verification Failed
• Suspicious activity or suspected fraud
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority

Members may request to close their account at any time. If a balance remains at the time of the request, it will be returned through the standard process, provided no terms have been violated.

8Limitation of Liability
